10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One red light larger than known star, orange-white changed to orange with red light. Seen at an azimuth of 330 dgrs & an elevation of "4000" feet (evidently low off horizon). Seen through binoculars and was also seen by two aircraft.

11. COMMENT: Concur with the opinion of the reporting officer that this sighting was generated by the planet Venus. The same object which had been reported in this same area on the previous night.
