10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One white fluorescent-like light, shape not discernible, approximately the size of a pea held at arms' length. Light faded, then increased in intensity at regular intervals but did not blink. The object appeared below the observer's aircraft. Appeared to climb and turn right. Speed of object estimated to be 700 knots.
