11. COMMENTS Object about size of pea, viewed through binoculars appearing like a white light with bluish-tinge. Between 30 to 45 dgr elevation. Observed for almost one hour, and during this period appeared to have much moved from 280 to 270 dgr. Reporting officer states that primary source (woman) has read a great deal about, and is a firm believer in "flying saucers." Venus at 25o elevation in west setting. Slightly below observers estimate. However, close enough to conform with. Evaluated as Venus.
