10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round object like a tire or hubcap, red and yellow rotating lights. Seemed to land or pass over horizon. Seen thru binoculars.
11. COMMENTS Called hq SAC for possible info on this sighting. We were informed that there was a B-47 and a KC-97 in the area of the sighting at the time of the sighting. They were not carrying out refueling operations. Observer probably saw one of the above a/c.
