10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Rectangular in shape with tapered ends, color appeared like sail or cloud with sun shining on it. Although there was solid overcast, 3 obj's were seen in inversion formation - no tail. Trail or exhaust observed. No trail observed for each obj. 1st obj appeared 15° - 20° below horizon ascended slowly and disappeared to the North; 2nd and 3rd obj traveled in an arc of 14° & disappeared to the NE.

11. COMMENTS Heavy overcast was present and the obj's were seen over water; it is very probably that sighting can be attributed to an inversion - refraction phenomena.
