10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two round obj., both together size of football held at arm's length, appeared to be banded together with red band. Obj.s appeared in S at alt of 60° and disappeared by fading at alt of 60° in N. Seem through binoculars of unk power. Obj.s seemed to be transparent.
11. COMMENTS Description of obj.s and fact that they appeared leads to evaluation of possible balloon.
