10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Three lights forming an equilateral triangle. Silver dollar held at arms length would cover the three lights. Estimated to be 100 feet apart. Lights were bright red and flashing. Objs had ability to hover and flight seemed to be controlled. Flight path was as though it was predetermined. Speed of 20 to 30 mph. (NO CASE IN FILE)

11. COMMENTS Sighting was probably generated by three dirigibles known to be in or near area of sighting at time of sighting.
