10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One (1) spherical object, changing colors, appeared very high in the NW and disappeared in the same spot. The light faded and then disappeared completely.

11. COMMENTS With almost a total overcast it is probable that this object was seen below the cloud level or at the cloud level. This looks like a true searchlight theory. The fact that the object faded and then disappeared could substantiate this theory. Resolved by this headquarters as OTHER: Possibly search-light.
