10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Two (2), round, tiny, silver object, side by side, appeared to remain stationary for the duration of the sighting. Seen through binoculars.
11. COMMENTS The duration of the sighting, the description of the objects, and the course of the objects (stationary) indicate the possibility of a balloon. A UFOB sighted at Newark Valley, N.Y., in Jul of 55 had similar characteristics and was definitely identified as a balloon.
