10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One, round disc shaped obj, silver, trailing smoke, traveled NW, remained stationary and the ascended.

11. COMMENTS Weather balloon released from Kirtland AFB traveled in NW direction and was in area of sighting at time of sighting. Duration of sighting and description of sighting all fit. Smoke is attributed to optical phenomena and power of suggestion. Balloon burst at 16122 fitting length of observation.
