10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One (1), balloon shaped object, the size of a medicine ball appeared to be bobbing and floating south.

11. COMMENTS Balloon description. There are many balloon launching sites in the area especially to the north. In all probability the sighting was generated by a balloon.
