10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: One (1), round, silvery-white object which appeared to have streamers protruding from it, was seen by six (6) observers at Big Boot, Texas. The object "flew" a straight and level path to the west.

11. COMMENTS: The description of the object, the duration of the sighting, and the winds aloft at the time of sighting all point to the probability of the sighting being generated by a balloon. In the opinion of this headquarters, the sighting was PROBABLY caused by a balloon. Please find a copy of AF Form 112 on this sighting attached to this card.
