10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object appear to move erratically changing shape, hovering, breaking up etc. Observed through telescope. Object brighter than stars, silver colored, round with satellite like object circling main body Exploded after 8 min observation initial impression that object was balloon.
11. COMMENTS Balloon which exploded fits description Satellite like object being the payload Color motion and flight conform with this analysis.
