Dusk Ground-Visual [HW: Ground-Radar] [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE Yes Civilian Four (4) to Five (5) Minutes One (1) Circling & Ascending One (1) long, silver object, the size of a pea held at arm's length, appeared as the nose of the object was larger than the tail of same.

Coupled with the sighting of San Mar- garet, California, it is entirely that the observers of these two separate re- ports saw the same thing. The fact that this object seemed long does not exclude the possibility of the object being a balloon./With much balloon activity in this area it is highly possible that the UFOB was a balloon.
