10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One (1) shapeless object, changing from red to white to red, the size of a star at a distance, appeared 50 miles east of OCG post and disappeared into the dense fog for two hours later. Weather: Clear with no clouds, visibility by night unlimited. The object while viewed appeared to flicker up and down but remained in the east for the time of sighting. Observers report two (2) aircraft passed near object at different times, aircraft not picked up by radar.

11. COMMENTS Contradictory statements in the preliminary report make analysis and evaluation impossible.
