10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One round, white object was observed to move toward the East and then return. Observer used binoculars. Time of day was dusk. Report very scant.

11. COMMENTS Due to fact that sighting was in the vicinity of LaGuardia and Idlewild airports, and the sighting was near sunset, the object is evaluated as probable aircraft landing at one of above mentioned airports. The course of the object seems to substantiate this. No investigation authorized.
