10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One small reddish object observed for several minutes to drift towards the Southwest, Undulating. Initial observation at zenith.

11. COMMENTS Possibly balloon. Description of sighting in conjunction with indicated wind conditions and known times for release of weather balloons strongly suggests that sighting caused by a balloon.
