10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Numerous reports from scattered places in Iran of UFO's. No conclusive details as to description obtained. Most significant report was from Tabriz where one reported object was recovered. USAF MAG officers identified object as a type of balloon used for Freedom leaflets. Other reports from this area indicate that the leaflet drops are being reported as UFO's.
