10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING A round object, the size of a quarter held at arm's length, probably white in color (no distinct color designated in preliminary report) was observed to drift back and forth. Below: Lost sight of this object after about 6 minutes of observation when object drifted out of sight.

11. COMMENTS Possibly balloon. This sighting was in the vicinity of many weather stations. Regular weather balloon releases are made at 0300 Zulu hours; at the time of sighting were, at 30 to 50 thousand feet, and the object had no velocity. Possibility of further investigation uncovered any more information; no other action was taken at this organization (h602d-AISS).
