10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING [HW:] One white, oval object was observed by an elderly woman. From the preliminary report there was no indication of directional motion nor drastic change of appearance.
11. COMMENTS [HW:] D/I 26th ADIV also observed the same phenomenon from the air and concluded that sighting was caused by cloud reflections. [STAMP:] Secrecy Light Activity Reflected from Cloud Layer.
