BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Large, bubbling, steaming mass of unknown substance fall from the sky over Baltimore, Maryland and was observed by at least 25 persons. After several minutes had passed to dry up or to disintegrate and as a result a yellowish residue was left on the pavement. A sample of this material was sent to ATIC for analysis.
COMMENTS: It was the opinion of several persons who were called in on this case that the object was caused by a bubbling mass of detergent used by a local railroad to clean off railroad rolling equipment.
