10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING One metallic reflecting object of indistinguishable size, shape, etc., flew or appeared to move directly at the observer from a very high altitude. Length of observation was no more than five (5) seconds.
11. COMMENTS Due to the brevity of sighting (5 seconds) the delay in the receipt of the preliminary report at this Headquarters and, therefore, the improbability of investigation turning up any more valuable information, no subsequent investigation was directed. A helicopter could possibly have caused the sighting.
