9. COURSE E to W, changing course, W to E.
10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Object resembled a bright blue-white star, generally the size and shape of a four (4) foot tall object. The edges of the object were sharply outlined. The object did not explode, break up, or give off smoke or exhaust of any kind; although it did tend to flicker at times.
11. COMMENTS Concur with the conclusions of the investigation officer that these sightings were caused by the planet Venus.
