10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: 1) Round bright flash of light. Objects through the overcast. Described as going "straight down". Other observers also saw object. 2) Shape of light bulb. Larger than a jet. Fighter with a white phosphorous glow on ground. Originally at high altitude, then dropped to [ILLEGIBLE] feet altitude.
