11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: Round, 2 were brilliant blue, and 1 was bright orange turning to blue. All at same alt, evenly spaced at 1 mile apart. The obj did not disappear during observation.
Possibility of objects being stars or other heavenly bodies has been discounted by Dr. Robinson AE-4. It is possible that the objects could have been ix balloons. Extract from ATIC 207361 (A) IR-7-54, 18 Nov 54. On file in ATIC repository (UNCL).
