11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS No sound, round, red-orange, no radical maneuvers. (No Case in File).
COMMENTS: It is believed by the reporting officer that obj sighted was probably a balloon released by the USAF fr the Hawaiian Islands. The balloon was most probably reflecting the sun rays even though the surface of the sighting area is dark. Duration was more consistent with meteor sighting. Too brief for confirmed balloon observation. Insufficient data for evaluation.
