10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Witness observed object she thought same as reported in Columbus sighting carried in newspapers. Reported that she traced it around for awhile. Came from [ILLEGIBLE] and went to West disappearing behind trees in distance.
11. COMMENTS Could be balloon, however, insufficient data for firm conclusion.
