10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING Floating light at approx 200 ft altitude, Glow appeared nearly round in shape & resembled an aircraft landing light. Glow first noticed as a bright white, dimming to red and disappearing without moving from original position sighted. Appeared almost immediately in same position, red in color, changing to bright white, remained visible a short time and disappeared suddenly. Object approx 4 size of moon.
11. COMMENTS Venus on horizon at 300 degrees, setting at this time, evaluated as Astro-Venus.
