10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: Ball-shaped - silver fuzzy edges - floating motion. Alleged residue drifted down & was gathered up in jar. Report of witness indicates clear sky.
II. COMMENTS: Little, if any, residue in jar - one small strand. Lab reports say substance most nearly like cobwebb. Association between object in air residue not established. Filters, chemical: plants, not checked. Migrations migration of industrial spiders possibility, also a/c possibility.
