10. CONCLUSION Mirrors (ILLUMINATED) New Orleans Naval Power Plant said that they had two helicopters for New Orleans at the time of sighting. The objects were probably the helicopters reflecting the light of the sun.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Two round pans or shaped silver objects appeared to be one over the other at a 2 o'clock position, moving slowly in a 2 direction. Objects were visible when source unit inside building to make a phone call. Source stated that objects appeared to be spinning at one time during observation.
