11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Small round obj extremely bright & shiny was observed at a stationary position, 70 deg elev and 90 deg az. Obj ex- ploded in a burst of white smoke and broke into two halves. One half appeared to fall rapidly until out of sight and the second half appeared to fall more slowly.
