11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Glowing, triangular shaped object might appeared to be moving in a small circle or possibly involving two another object or being blown in the air... Object was observed to appear 75 deg above [ILLEGIBLE] horizon... Object stayed in one vicinity through the observation.
