10. CONCLUSION Ballion launched at 13:00pm from Norfolk, Virginia at 45,000 ft at which the sighting was lost.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS All six was scanning the sky for other s/c when he observed a small white object of 70 deg above the horizon at a stationary position. Object slowly disappeared and two minutes later is observed of 2 small white objects for a period of 35 seconds. Source was flying away s/c at 24,500 ft on a heading 260 deg at 36 knots.
