11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS: A UFO or unidentified object was observed on 3 August 1953 at 2:16 PM local time in [REDACTED]. The object was initially described as a small, dark, disc-shaped object with a bright light at its center, moving slowly and steadily towards the observer's position from the northwest.
The object then changed course and flew away to the northeast at a high speed, leaving behind a trail of light that lasted for several seconds before fading out of sight.
The duration of the observation was approximately 45 minutes, during which the object remained visible intermittently.
