11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Control tower operator at Godan Tower was attracted to a flashing red-green stationary object in of him. Since the object was in sight for 2 hours, he took several pictures with [STAMP: Video camera]. Object at 70 deg azimuth 30 deg elevation, Venus 4 hrs 23 min, Mars 7 hrs 27 min below horizon, Jupiter 4 hrs 35 min., below horizon.

ON NOTE: Source stated that the object probably was a star, but could not explain change in color when appearing through atmosphere (smog). Light stars sometimes change color, [ILLEGIBLE] and [ILLEGIBLE] km altitude would make object disappear around height such as a starburst. Video exposure show nothing, object too far away. Focus rising in last.
