11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Circular silver object was sighted at an unclassified high altitude. Object began having odd title at a high speed, and continued to be visible in a TV direction. Object appeared to have a white or light glow. The B-25 kept [ILLEGIBLE] in the area for object under a [ILLEGIBLE] altitude. Three observers: 1. 6-10 Seconds, Range: 2 Seconds, No vapor trails or no sound. No real saw on speed disappeared behind building.
