Small balloon launched at 1502Z, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Possible thin film was the other balloon.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Light object was observed hovering near the sun and then slowly move to the N". The observed "balloon" of object was similar to a weather balloon, 30 deg of arc in 45 minutes.
