11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Circular (slightly elongated) dark object which appeared to be approx 6 ft in diameter, reported at an estimated 250 mph at approx 2,500 ft in NE direction. Object sighted by pilot of N923 Inaco b n/c at 1,500 ft.
