Although the integrity of observer was considered highly by his supervisor, it is believed that he slightly exaggerated the dimensions of the object.
With the above mentioned exaggeration in mind, I believe this object is a meteor.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
Bright green colored [ILLEGIBLE] was observed traveling at high speed at high altitude (not 50,000 ft). Object faded and began to descend at angle of 70 deg leaving a stream of fire.
