10. CONCLUSION POSSIBLY SMALL LIGHT. Object changed direction sharply, resembling Astro. [ILLEGIBLE] do not coincide with weather balloon. On TV was equipped with a small light at the time (pointed straight ahead).
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Object was observed from a boat in Key West area. Appeared as a bright light which appeared to be "focusing". Observer stated that it moved toward, parallel and away from him.
