10. CONCLUSION BALLOON [ILLEGIBLE] similar to that of balloon, also ruled out due to apparent big jibes of object, Mars, Venus and Jupiter below horizon. But nothing in Mars, Sat, Jupiter and Saturn high in last observation.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Civil object, no sounds or trails, altitude appeared very high. Continued high or had bright surface and reflected sun. Travelled in constant arc; disappeared behind clouds then reappeared; had some characteristics of a balloon.
