11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS One large, oblong shaped black object breaks up into four parts which continued on straight course in an E direction at an estimated speed of 120 MPH. Winds were from NW at 10 knots. Sources were traveling in car at the time of the observation, therefore the estimation of speed, shape, and maneuvers may not be accurate. No description of the object sounds like the object was a cloud.
