10. CONCLUSION AIRCRAFT The Torbay tower operator on GGI unit never located the object visually or electronically. The S/I at Pepperrell AFS checked in most & located on G-97. He concluded that object was [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE.

11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS n/c. Courses are considered unreliable and will require more in n/c recognition.

Unidentified target appeared on radar scope approaching on a ground-based radar scope of approx 770 deg. One of the observers looked outside and said he thought this is a [ILLEGIBLE] ONCE. Then the object disappeared, the observer returned to the radar set where he observed the object taking a 360 deg turn 3 miles N of airport. It faded from radar scope 20 min later
