11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Silver disc shaped object traveled at a high rate of speed in a S direction. Object was observed 16 miles N of Williams and by a civilian test pilot in an a/c traveling in a N direction. Estimated altitude of object at 5,000 ft. Disc shaped object 23 feet in diameter.
