11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS
Round orange colored object giving the appearance of a balloon with a light traveled slowly in a NNE direction. No s/c were being detected by radar at Hanassee, Virginia at the time of the sighting. Wind aloft have been checked and there is a possibility that object could have been a balloon but no further balloons were launched within four hours of the sighting
