11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Oblong object appears 2 miles in width and 7 miles in length, moving at constant rate of 70 KHz at straight path of 070°. Appeared on radar scope for period of 15 min. Pickup was established at 310° at 220 miles. As object faded from scope, it appeared to be much smaller.

REMARKS: 1. Object was observed by undue quilt of radar pick-ups who are dispersed and very varied in the field of radar. 2. Large photos were taken at 5 min interval. 3. R.C.M going on all lines of sighting claimed unknown ship.
