10. CONCLUSION VISUAL - WAS AIRCRAFT. RADAR - GROUND TARGETS. Evaluation: Possible ground clutter & F-86. Temperature inversion existent. Radar analyst stated that it has highly probably that blips were ground targets. VISUAL: It is believed that lights were from an a/c.
11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS [REDACTED] Three bright lights were observed hovering in various formations during a period of 10-15 minutes. Objects were also picked up by radar on F-36 a/c, 2 minutes elapsed between visual sighting and radar sighting.
