11. BRIEF SUMMARY AND ANALYSIS Aircraft of C-47 s/c at an altitude of 9,000' observed a light changing colors from white to blue to red and back to white in constant number 20° above horizon.

COMMENTS: This object was observed from 3 points on the ground and from two s/c. A commercial flight westbound was of the opinion that the object was the star Venus which it has seen on several other occasions recently.
