10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: A far away star-like object that changed from a deep orange glow to a pale yellow glow that continued to disappear & reappear every few minutes was observed at a high altitude gradually losing altitude and disappearing to the W.

11. COMMENTS: Object was evidently astronomical because it was unable to be picked up on radar and didn't make any erratic maneuvers.
