10. BRIEF SUMMARY OF SIGHTING: High Government executive was flying in B-29 a/e with two AV officers from Penshaw, sighted illuminated object which performed maneuvers from hover to high speed and executed erratic changes in course. Object had two blinking red lights above the upper section, and the lower portion of the object had a strong spotlight effect. Object gave the impression of "turning", or spinning of the main body.
11. COMMENTS: Source is highly credible, chief of Senate and White House liaison also a pilot.
